Choosing a class



Equilibrium offers various yoga disciplines, so that each person can choose what works best to achieve its specific goals. As they are complementary, these disciplines can be practiced simultaneously. Their benefits on the physical, mental and emotional are immense. A yoga class always includes postures, movements, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Students benefit greatly from regular and diversified practice of yoga. Kundalini Yoga

For the development of personal power, stamina, concentration, personal growth and vitality. It combines postures, movements, stretching, breathing and meditation and mantra to achieve a deeper awareness. For different series of yoga poses, chakras (energy centers) are awake and rebalanced.

The chakras emit a particular energy, important for health, mood and well-being. Each chakra is associated with specific aspects of our physical, emotional and mental, including our talents and abilities. We will explore how open our chakras, balance and raise their vibrations.

The spine, ligaments and muscles are strengthened and stretched to create a structure strong and flexible. In addition, glandular and nervous systems are activated and balanced, which increases the healing and vitality while strengthening the inner core of the body.

Kundalini Yoga Kirtan

Come discovers the subtle power of Naad Yoga - the "sound science" by ancient chants of mantras, from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. The course includes warm up exercises and meditation with the gong.
