How to make Helichrysum essential oil

Random walk in a forest, I found flowers Helichrysum. This plant giving small yellow flowers whose scent reminds curry, grows wild in the south, it is also called the immortal! I made a bunch, and I took a picture for my readers.

The Helichrysum is a very good plant to treat rosacea, varicose veins, and also to treat cellulite.

To make my macerate, nothing more simple, I used a 30ml bottle of macadamia vegetable oil. Macadamia Why? Because it is tonic and stimulating blood circulation, and very well indicated to relieve tired legs, varicose veins and hemorrhoids.

Then? Nothing could be easier: You simply cut the flowers, place them in a small jar and cover them with vegetable oil, macadamia. You just have to wait 3 weeks for filtering vegetable oil for the first time. To filter, use a thick gauze. Place the flowers soaked in gauze, and squeeze to get the maximum pulp flower.

For a more optimal result, put fresh flowers in your jar, replace the previously pressed oil, add oil "new" if necessary, and again allow it to marinate 3 to 4 weeks.

Your oil is ready for use, you can use it as such as massage oil, or to add essential oils.
