2. Take your meals on time – A human body requires four complete meals with a proper time gap between the meals. As such, you should take all your meals at the right time so that you do not remain hungry. But, if you skip any of your meal, it will increase your hunger resulting to over-eating and increasing fat in your body.

3. Maintain a proper weight as per your age – Your proper weight depends on various factors such as age, height, sex and hereditary. If you have excessive fat in your body, you should do regular exercise to reduce them since it increases the chance for high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and other illness.
